The Mayor's Parlour is situated in the Town Hall, antiques & book
fairs and many interesting groups meet within this fine building which dominates
the Market Square. The Remembrance Sunday Parade forms up in front of the Town
Hall, (slideshow) usually lead by
the present Duke of Marlborough, a Guards Officer(retired). A regular Farmer's
Market is held in Market Place where the finest of local products can be bought from the people who actually
produce them. Try to see The magnificent Millennium Tapestry displayed on the first floor.
