Yoga classes have just started at the Methodist Church Hall, Woodstock. On Tuesdays from 6.30-8.00 pm, on a drop-in basis, at £5 a class. Yoga is suitable for all age groups and the health benefits are enormous. I teach a fairly gentle form, and there is quite a lot of relaxation.
